CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - For the first time in a while, it felt like a normal city council meeting in Chillicothe.
City Administrator Darin Chappell told KXCV/KRNW that he updated the city council on several street projects around town.
As for COVID-19, Chappell says that they are seeing very few cases in the Livingston County area.KXCV-KRNW
